What is PDR (Paintless Dent Repair)?
Paintless dent repair is a process of repairing door dings, dents, creases, and hail damage using specialized tools to slowly massage the metal back to its original state. It eliminates the conventional body shop process of using body fillers and repainting, saving your original factory finish! Most dents are able to be repaired using the paintless dent repair process as long as the paint is intact and not cracked. There are certain areas of a vehicle where a repair is not possible or certain dents that have streched the metel beyond repair and will need conventional repair.
